Next Day Delivery (orders over £50)

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm next day and costs £6.95.

General Delivery Conditions

Orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day.

Orders received before 1pm Saturday are dispatched same day.

Royal Mail 1st Class delivers 93% of items next day, but delivery can take 2-5 days depending on circumstances and delivery location.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed next day delivery and can be tracked online.

Online Returns

If you are unhappy with your order and want to return it please contact us by email to confirm the return and we will be happy to assist you.

Online sales can be cancelled and returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Items must be returned within 14 days of notification of a cancellation.

Products must be returned sealed and in original condition.

After the items are returned a refund will be issued within 2 working days, but this can take up to 14 days, depending on circumstances.
